PHOENIX — Two people were shot in central Phoenix at noon on Friday, officials with the Phoenix Police Department said.
Officers responded to a call near 15th Avenue and Camelback Road right at noon and found a man and a teen girl with gunshot wounds.
Both were taken to a nearby hospital and are listed in stable condition, officials said. Detectives responded to the scene to take over the investigation.

The victim's names were not released.
