SUN LAKES, Ariz. — A 14-year-old boy faces a murder charge after his aunt's death Friday in Sun Lakes, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
The 42-year-old woman as found dead in the early morning hours Friday on E. Oakwood Hills Drive, MCSO says.
The sheriff's office has not said where in Sun Lakes the woman was found, nor has it released any information about the circumstances surrounding the woman's death.
MCSO's homicide unit is still investigating the case.
The boy was booked into the southeast juvenile detention center on a first-degree murder charge, an MCSO spokesperson said.
