PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. — One person is dead and another has been flown to a Phoenix-area hospital after they sustained gunshot wounds Wednesday night in Prescott Valley, the area's police department said.
Officers responded to reports of a "domestic violence" incident at about 10 p.m. in the 4200 block of Cypress Circle, police said.
Upon arrival, officers reportedly discovered two people who had been shot. One was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Police said no suspects are outstanding at this time and the incident is still under investigation. The identity of the deceased has not been disclosed.

Individuals who submit tips that lead to an arrest or indictment in the case can get a reward of up to $1,000.
