QUEEN CREEK, Ariz. — The man who runs a popular east Valley community Facebook page is offering a $20,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest in the Preston Lord case.
It's been nearly two months since the 16-year-old was assaulted and killed outside of a Halloween party in Queen Creek.
No arrests have been made.
“I just hope that someone will actually speak up. It's not about the money. Just speak up, you know, clear your conscience," said Adam Bailey, a Valley realtor and the owner of the "Living Chandler" Facebook group.
Bailey is offering up to $20,000. He said not long after Lord's death, members in "Living Chandler" started posting and commenting, searching for answers.
“Justice belongs to that family," Bailey said. “I feel like someone has to know something.”
In an update on Thursday, Queen Creek PD said they are continuing to work towards arrests and are actively following up on all leads.
However, Chief Randy Brice noted some are refusing to cooperate.
"Some parents have actively refused to let their children participate in the investigation. We need people to come forward and stand up for Preston," Brice said.
Bailey said in addition to questions about Lord's case, he started receiving videos from members showing other assaults where teens were singled out and violently beat up by a group of assailants.
“It was very, very violent. It was, it was almost, it was disgusting to watch," Bailey said.
Community organizers are hosting a "Light the Night" walk on Dec. 28, which will mark two months since Lord was attacked. It's at 5:30 p.m. and starts at Mesquite High School and ends at Gilbert PD.

Pinal County Sheriff's Office investigates November assault
Community members describe several groups of teens, including one that refers to themselves as the "Gilbert Goons", have been terrorizing the community and hurting children.
“I received a second video from an anonymous account. And it was, again, a couple weeks later of another kid getting beat up," Bailey said.
That video was allegedly taken in November. It shows a group attacking a teen near San Tan Mountain Regional Park.
A spokesperson for the Pinal County Sheriff's Office tells 12News they are investigating a November 18 incident where a 16-year-old victim suffered minor injuries. PCSO continues to interview those potentially involved.
When asked if the assault is in connection to the "Gilbert Goons" or other East Valley incidents, PCSO said all leads are being looked into.
Gilbert PD looking for suspects in August assault
On August 18, a group attacked Richard Kuehner's son near the Gilbert In-N-Out.
“He needed to go to the ER. So I took them over to the emergency room. Because he did have a lot of bruises on his head because they tackled him and he hit his head on the ground. And that's when they were beaten them. And I even have footprints on his shirt, where they were stopped them.”
It's been four months and no arrests have been made.
On Friday, Gilbert police posted images of the attack on Kuehner's son, asking the public to help identify those involved.
"In addition to a thorough review of past cases from the last two years involving youth to determine if there is any additional information or correlation between these incidents that can assist us with our past investigations, Gilbert PD is working with neighboring jurisdictions to ensure information that may be of assistance in current or past investigations is shared," the post said.
“I think they keep doing this because there hasn't been any consequences," Kuehner said.
