TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - Bob Bowman, the longtime trainer of 18-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, has been hired as Arizona State's swim coach for the men's and women's programs.
Sun Devils athletic director Ray Anderson made the announcement Friday.
Bowman replaces Dorsey

Swimmers coached by Bowman have set 43 world records.
