PHOENIX — Halloween is almost here, Arizona, and that means cooler weather and creepy costumes!
So what are Arizonans dressing up as for this spooky seasons? For those who are curious, Google just released "Frightgeist," an interactive website showing some of the most popular Halloween trends all over the country.
You can find things like which characters are most popular for costumes, what kind of party themes people are setting up for, or even the best decorations for the season.
"Search interest in costumes spike every October on Google, and Google Trends provides a unique look into how people are preparing for the Halloween season," Google said about the site. "With Frightgeist, the Google Trends Data Team analyzed the top trending costumes of 2024 in the United States and locally across all U.S. designated market areas."

The site includes an interactive "Costume Map" that you can mouse over to see what's most popular in your area. Here are the top 5 costumes for Phoenix as of Tuesday:
