DUBLIN, Ohio — Move over, Pumpkin Spice Frosty.
Wendy's is going all out for the holiday season with a new Frosty flavor.
The Peppermint Frosty is now joining the classic Chocolate Frosty on Wendy's menus. The merry take on the classic treat will only be available for a limited time.
The Peppermint Frosty replaces the Pumpkin Spice Frosty which was in restaurants this autumn, as well as the Strawberry Frosty which was released for summer and the Vanilla Frosty in the spring.
Wendy's also has a new Peppermint Frosty Cream Cold Brew this year.
"Inspired by the fan-favorite Peppermint Frosty, Wendy's new Peppermint Frosty Cream Cold Brew features peppermint syrup swirled in smooth cold-brewed coffee with classic Frosty creamer over ice. The latest winter-inspired flavor joins Wendy's year-round chocolate, vanilla, and caramel flavor options," Wendy's said in a statement.
"With the holidays around the corner, it's the perfect time to introduce the all-new Peppermint Frosty Cream Cold Brew together with the return of Wendy's beloved Peppermint Frosty," said John Li, Global Vice President of Culinary Innovation at The Wendy's Company. "Our fans consistently crave new, innovative Frosty flavors, so we embraced the flavor of the season with not one, but two sweet treats to savor throughout the holidays."
Wendy's announced it will also bring back its Frosty Key Tags from Nov. 20 through Feb. 14, 2024, for $3 at participating locations. Customers can also purchase Frosty Key Tags through the Wendy's app.
The Frosty Key Tag allows a customer to receive one free Jr. Frosty with any purchase every day until the end of 2024.
