If you believe in superstitions, well Friday, April 13, is not your day.
But if you are a fanatic of tattoos, then things are looking bright for you.
Pete Ortiz, a tattoo artist in Phoenix, is switching it up this Friday and making it a positive day.
He recently opened his shop called Bully Dome Tattoo.
On Friday, he and his artists will be offering $13 tattoos, Pete says.
There will be a display of tattoos to chose from, available for $13 and they are not of bad taste.
This tattoo artist is offering an awesome deal, but it's more than just a deal for him.
He wants to use this Friday as a starting point to transform his shop into an art space for troubled teens.
"[I] just want to teach them some things about art that was never taught to me in the school," said Pete in a statement.
He says he will bring artists to help assist in some classes.
"I feel like I can give an outlet of some sort, it can help the mind steer away from negative ways of life," said Pete.
Pete says he will start these classes by self-funding. He feels very passionate and is excited at the opportunity to help not only himself, but troubled teens.
"The youth is what really needs to be targeted to make a difference in the community and I feel art is a great outlet," said Pete.
The shop will open its doors on Friday at 10:00 a.m.
Pete says they will take the last person at 9:00 p.m. and will close shop once he and his team are done tattooing.
