Coffee, tea, something stronger? Yelp releases 'Top Places to Drink in Phoenix' list

PHOENIX — If you're feeling parched this morning, we've got you covered.

Yelp recently their list of Top Places to Drink in Phoenix — a curated selection of the 100 top rated venues that Yelp Elites recommend, and they've got some great options to quench your thirst.

From coffee to cocktails, there's a little something for everyone. Check out the top performers on the list:

1.  The Coffee Builders

Congrats to this classy little joint on 7th Street for taking the top slot with a combined 4.9 stars across 300 review.

The Coffee Builders offers a strong selection of freshly roasted brews and custom-mixed coffees. Patrons can also stop to get a bite to eat with their Cup of Joe. With its cozy wood-paneled interior and a trendy menu of drinks, it's hard to go wrong.

2. Buck & Rider

It's a seafood joint with a cocktail bar that makes you feel like you're on the beach, Buck & Rider had a strong showing in second place with 4.5 stars across 566 reviews.

In particular, Yelp recommended their Gilbert location (not Phoenix, we know) for its upscale, romantic vibes and fantastic outdoor seating. While you're stopping in for a drink you can grab their highly-rated crab cakes or pick up some lemon meringue pie for desert.

Don't miss their happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m. every day for great deals on their signature cocktails.

3. Arizona Wilderness DTPHX

Right in the heart of Roosevelt Row, it's hard to miss this lively beer garden with its spacious patio and expansive menu.

The Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. maintains a large, rotating selection of in-house beers that makes sure there's a little something for everyone. If you're getting worn out from First Friday or just walking around in the Arizona sun, it's the perfect place to kick back and cool off.

With 760 review, Arizona Wilderness DTPHX boasts a strong 4.3 stars.

To determine their Top Places to Drink in Phoenix in 2024 list, Yelp considered a number of factors like the volume of visits and quality of ratings given by "Yelp Elite Squad" members starting in October of 2023.
