SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — There are few foods that will quench your hunger quite like a cheeseburger. And not just any cheeseburger – on Yelp’s Top Cheeseburger in every state list, you can find the spots with the best cheeseburger all across the country.
The list features 50 restaurants in 50 states that have the best cheeseburger based on Yelp reviews and was published Nov. 21.
In Arizona, the mouthwatering burger that takes the top spot is in Scottsdale. Happy’s Hamburgers, located near Shea Boulevard and Scottsdale Road, is known for their made-to-order burgers, sliders, burritos, shakes and malts. Happy's was also named the Top Cheeseburger in 2022.
The flagship Scottsdale location was launched in 2018. In addition to having the best cheeseburger in Arizona, Happy's also was named a "beloved business" in 2023 by Yelp.
Reviews on Yelp mention the chicken parm sliders, the Sonoran burger, the Kicker sauce and the tater tots as go-to favorites.
The local diner is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays. Happy's has outdoor seating, dine-in and to-go options, including curbside pickup, according to the restaurant's Facebook page.
