PHOENIX — Home is where the heart is — and in Arizona, where the snakes are, too.
Phoenix Mercury and WNBA All-Star player Brittney Griner posted a photo of her scaly guest on Instagram, captioning the story "Good morning Arizona. Now I wonder did I step over him 1 or 2 today. Now it's time to remove him."
That's right, Griner found a snake at her Phoenix home. The critter can be seen in photos stretched out on her steps outside and then curled up in a black plastic tub.
But Griner wasn't "rattled." Her final story shows the tub with the lid closed, presumably with the snake inside.
"BG Snake Removal in service! taking clients in the valley. lol," Griner wrote on her Instagram story.
