PHOENIX — Jeff and Cheryl Flake have put the family's home in Mesa on the market.
The retired Arizona senator and his wife listed their five bedroom, 4,625-square-foot house for $650,000 on Monday.
The home, which was built in 1989, is located in a gated neighborhood with a community tennis court and a playground, according to sales agent and broker Chris Randall of Cooper Premier Properties.
Randall says the home sits on a large lot with rolling lawns and a pool, perfect for a large family.
According to Randall, the Flakes, who are now empty-nesters, plan to downsize to a smaller home nearby.
Randall shared information about the home on his Linkedin page saying it was "priced below market for a quick sale."
