CHANDLER, Ariz. — A new indoor go-kart track and arcade is expected to open in Chandler this month.
Andretti Indoor Karting & Gaming has recently announced its 95,000-square-foot facility near Cooper Road and Loop 202 will officially open on Feb. 28.
The entertainment center has been described as a "first-of-its-kind" facility that includes a multi-level go-kart track, a laser tag arena and virtual reality attractions.
"Our goal has always been to provide an exceptional entertainment experience, from the décor of the building to the track and attractions, and above all, customer service,” Edison “Eddie” Hamann, managing member of Andretti Indoor Karting & Games, said in a statement.
The first 50 visitors who come to Andretti on Feb. 28 will receive a special gift. The first 100 guests who attend on March 2 will receive one free hour of arcade play for a future visit, the company announced.
Andretti has a handful of locations throughout the country and is named in honor of Mario Andretti, the famous Italian-born racer.
