The two-part America’s Got Talent finale will kick off tonight at 7 p.m. on 12 News.
Ten contestants have survived the auditions, judge cuts, live results, and semifinals for a chance to win the $1 million top prize.
While five of the finalists are singers, the contestants also include a contortionist, magician, and more.
Meet them all:
Grace Vanderwaal
She stole our hearts in the audition when she performed an original song. Simon Cowell called her the next Taylor Swift. Howie Mandel said he thought she’d be even bigger. This 12-year-old singer is a fan favorite with more than just a voice -- she writes all her own music. And she’s been playing the ukulele for less than two years.
Vanderwaal dreams of someday collaborating with Jason Mraz.
Viktor Kee
The juggler graduated from the Academy of Circus Arts in Kiev, but lives in Orlando. Kee does more than just throw a few balls into the air -- he combines juggling with dance and acrobatics. He was one of the last ones to make it through to the finale. After the judges were split on the vote, he beat out Steven Brundage by fan vote.
Brian Justin Crum
After years of performing Broadway, Crum moved to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of being a singer. His goal: to make people forget their problems and get lost in song.
Crum never received a Golden Buzzer on AGT, but he gave some powerful performances, including a Tears for Fears cover that had Mel B saying, “nobody else matters right now.”
He also sang in a pretty amazing cover of Katy Perry’s Rise with Scott Hoying and Mitch Grassi (best known for singing in Pentatonix), Mario Jose and Mary Lambert.
Sofie Dossi
A former competitive gymnast and dancer, Dossi taught herself contortionism and hand balancing, primarily through YouTube videos. She received a Golden Buzzer during the Judge Cuts, but needed the Dunkin’ Save to make the finale.
Move not to be missed: she shoots a bow and flaming arrow with her feet.
Linkin’ Bridge
This tough-looking foursome from Louisville surprised judges and the audience with their harmonies and emotion. They are the only musical group left in the competition. The a cappella group includes Big Rome Kimbrough, Montre Davis, Ekoe Alexandra, and Shon China Lacy.
The Clairvoyants
Thommy Ten and Amelie van Tass are mentalists from Austria who live in the U.S. now. They’ve never earned a Golden Buzzer, but also they haven’t needed a save on the show. On top of amazing tricks, the pair is also very entertaining.
And did we mention -- they controlled the judges’ minds at one point.
Sal Valentinetti
This singer has been compared to Frank Sinatra, but he’s only 20 years old. And he got a Golden Buzzer after his audition. Valentinetti doesn’t just sing classics -- he did a pretty swinging rendition of One Direction’s “Story of My Life.”
Laura Bretan
Now an opera singer, Bretan started singing in church when she was 4. It wasn’t until 2014, when she started singing arias and fell in love with classical music. Oh, and she’s only 14.
Simon Cowell called this performance “unbelievable.”
Jon Dorenbos
A professional football player by day, a magician by night. Dorenbos is a long snapper for the Philadelphia Eagles and veteran NFL player (this is his 14th season). But he earned a Golden Buzzer earlier this season on AGT with a little magic. He’ll compete in the finale on Tuesday after helping his team beat the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
Tape Face
This London comedian has performed around the world, but he never speaks. Instead, he uses creativity, props, and expressiveness to get the audience laughing. Tape Face breezed through much of the competition, but needed a Dunkin’ Save to get through to the finale.
Somehow he makes staple gun quick draw seem hilarious.
