How did you get started in the art or music world?
We started out as a garage band about 9 years ago. The original lineup was a three piece and we played much more aggressive garage rock back then. Over the years our sound grew as different members joined.
How would you describe yourself as an artist?
A unique band that is part indie rock and part 80’s new wave
What is your favorite medium?
Music, but I love all forms of art
What motivates you to create?
Documentaries, art museums, nature, travel, love
What was the inspiration behind the piece selected to be featured as an ArtPop?
Crystal Ball is a ballad about lost love and moving on from toxic relationships. It’s a reminder to remain hopeful when one feels lost
