How did you get started in the art or music world?
Aaron Rasband (vocalist, guitarist, and songwriter) grew up in Seattle in the early 90’s. He originally fell in love with The Beatles, but then turned to Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, The Who, and Pink Floyd, before becoming part of the Seattle alternative rock music scene.
How would you describe yourself as an artist?
Infected! Completely passionate about music and honesty of expression through music and sound. We play original compositions.
What is your favorite medium?
Rock band
What motivates you to create?
The human need for an outlet of emotion/expression, and LOVE of music.
What was the inspiration behind the piece selected to be featured as an ArtPop?
Starting to feel like I was discovering who I was as a person and finding a sense of home in that.
