Acid reflux is very common, but before you try these foods or feel symptoms, I suggest you go talk to your doctor.
Almost everyone has experienced acid reflux, and some might not ever notice the symptoms.
For me, it's very common after having a big, hearty meal like a Thanksgiving feast, to get acid reflux. It can be uncomfortable.
After getting it several times, I have researched my own natural remedies and they could be helpful.

1. Bananas: I always eat a ripe banana. It soothes my stomach, but I've heard it could worsen others' conditions. Again, not everyone is the same.
2. Melons: These are some of my favorites fruits.
3. Brown rice: You can't forget the complex carbohydrates. Try not to add any spices, it might upset your stomach more. Instead, mix in some chopped fruits.
4. Seafood lovers: I DO NOT FRY. I bake my seafood ... that's the way to go. I recommend shrimp and wild fish, not farm raised.
5. Aloe vera: This plant has been around for ages -- it's also good for healing sunburns -- and there are many recipes you can find for a tasty and stomach-soothing dish.
