CHANDLER, Arizona — Police said alcohol and speed appear to be factors involved in an incident in which a car crashed into a Chandler house Monday night.
Chandler police were called to the home near Riggs and Gilbert roads around 8:30 p.m.
When officers arrived, they found a male trapped inside a dark-colored Honda.
The fire department was able to extract the individual from the car and he was taken to the hospital. Police said the man was in stable condition.
According to police, no one in the house was injured.
Police said the house was significantly damaged, with damage to its exterior wall, fence and roof.
Video from Sky12 showed damage to the house following the crash.
