ARIZONA, USA — One man is dead and another is fighting for his life after an ATV crash in the Tonto National Forest, a Maricopa County Sheriff's Office spokesperson said.
Lake Patrol Deputies were called to the Lower Sycamore Creek OHV area for reports of a crash nearby. Deputies learned that a Can-Am Maverick Side by Side rolled.
One of the two men, neither of whom has been identified at this time, died at the scene of the crash. The other was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Investigators with the Maricopa County Vehicular Crimes Unit are working to learn more about what led up to the crash. The cause of the crash is currently unknown.
