PHOENIX - On this weekend’s “Sunday Square Off,” Maricopa County’s top elections official explains how thousands of early ballots are being counted why his new “emergency voting centers” appeared to favor one area of the Valley.
The midterm elections have been seen as a major test for Maricopa County Recorder Adrian Fontes during his first term in office.
Fontes responds to Republican claims that his change to voting and ballot counting are helping Democrats “steal the election.”
