Unsolved armed robbery cases in Phoenix

Phoenix investigators are on the hunt for four suspects tied to two separate armed robbery cases, where the suspects held the clerks up with a gun asking for money. In one case, they also demanded lottery tickets and cigarettes.

On May 1st at about 2 a.m., two suspects walked into a Circle K near 19th Avenue and Van Buren Street in Phoenix.

In the security camera footage, you can see one of the suspects demands money from the register and ends up stealing money, lottery tickets and cigarettes. The second suspect is caught on camera filling a black trash bag with cigarettes.

At about 8:15 a.m. that same day, the first suspect is seen on another security camera at Buster’s liquor store at 15th Avenue and Fillmore Street, trying to cash one of the stolen lottery tickets.

Police are looking for two men. The first carried a handgun. He’s believed to be a Hispanic male, about 30 years old. He has brown hair, he’s about 5’7” tall and weighs 150 pounds. He was seen wearing a black hoodie and a Chicago Bulls hat with a sticker. The second suspect is described as a white male, about 38 years old. He’s about 5’6” tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and a short buzz haircut.

In a second case, two suspects walked into a Domino’s pizza shop near 51st and Southern Avenues displaying handguns. This armed robbery happened on March 23rd at about 8:30 p.m.

Police say they stole cash from the register and took off. They were last seen walking eastbound on Southern Avenue.

Here’s how police describe these men. Both white males, about 19 years old. One is 5’9” and weighs about 145 pounds, the other 5’9” and weighs about 150 pounds. One was seen wearing a red hoodie, the other, a black hoodie.
