Mesa police looking for missing 22-year-old endangered adult

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Mesa Police Department's Missing Persons Unit at 480-644-2211.

Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a 22-year-old Mesa man.

Marlin Grijalva is a missing endangered adult last seen on Sept. 20 around 7 p.m. near Baseline and Alma School roads.

According to Mesa police, Grijalva functions at a third-grade level and cannot read. He also has impaired communication skills and may be hard to understand.

Mesa police say he was last seen wearing black or navy blue shorts an unknown color shirt and carrying a black backpack and skateboard.

Grijalva is 5'5'', 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and currently has a goatee and a mustache.
