PHOENIX — The cause of death is under investigation after a man was found dead in a bathtub, according to the Phoenix Fire Department.
Officials say they were called to a home near 48th Street and Elliot Road in Phoenix on Friday and found a man, who was in his 70s, unresponsive in a bathtub.
They determined that he was beyond resuscitation and declared dead at the scene.
The man was not identified. His cause of death is unclear.
The man's body has been turned over to the Phoenix Police Department and a crisis team is at the home attending to distressed family members.
