PHOENIX — Officials believe weather and speed contributed to a crash in which two people were ejected from a car that rolled over on State Route 51 Thursday.
The crash happened Thursday afternoon and only involved the one car. A spokesperson with the Arizona Department of Public Safety said both of the people in the car are seriously injured.
The car appeared to roll off the Northern Avenue exit ramp.
The ramp is closed as DPS investigates the crash. Traffic delays on SR 51 are expected.
Officials did not immediately release any more details.
