Arizona's monsoon isn't over yet, and it made its presence known again Wednesday.

Gloomy clouds appeared over parts of the Valley early Wednesday with storms developing around the state throughout the day.

The moisture was in part thanks to a tropical disturbance over northern Mexico and Baja California.

A flash flood watch was issued for the East Valley. That watch extended toward Casa Grande, Tucson, Globe and Safford through 11 p.m. Wednesday.

Storms continued to cause problems for people driving on I-8 and Highway 95 on the west side of the state.

In Phoenix, rain caused traffic delays on most major freeways.

12 News Meteorologist Lindsay Riley says rain and storms will continue through most of this evening. The Valley's biggest threat is flash flooding.
