FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — The Arizona Department of Public Safety confirmed a trooper was involved in a shooting near Topeka Avenue and Railroad Springs Boulevard in Flagstaff Wednesday night.
DPS did not say whether the trooper or suspect was injured, nor did they give any further details on the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
DPS said the investigation is in the early stages and that they will release more information about the shooting Thursday morning.
