FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — A minivan caught fire Wednesday outside a grocery store in northern Arizona, resulting in the flames spreading to the building's exterior.
The Flagstaff Fire Department was dispatched to a Bashas' store on Humphreys Street for reports of a car fire.
Off-duty firefighter happened to be on scene when the minivan became engulfed in flames and attempted to control the fire until the first unit arrived.
The fire department said crews managed to stop the fire from spreading further into the grocery store and no injuries were reported.
The incident is under investigation.
