A man's body was found at Saguaro Lake Thursday.
A woman kayaking had just launched from boat ramp 1 when she saw a head, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office.
She immediately returned to the boat ramp and called 911, according to MCSO.
The body was recovered and MCSO is investigating.
