The Disneyland Resort is kicking off summer in an incredible way.
The brand new Pixar Pier opens at Disney California Adventure Park on Saturday, June 23. Guests will have a chance to experience all things Pixar, including the "Incredicoaster."
The coaster, which according to the folks at Disneyland is the "first ride-through attraction in the world to feature beloved characters from 'The Incredibles' franchise," (they would know, it's their ride), takes riders on an adventure chasing everyone's favorite super baby Jack-Jack.
It's "the fastest attraction at the Disneyland Resort."
"New music, lighting, special effects, exciting character figures and distinctively colored vehicles add to the thrills on this super-speedy coaster," Disneyland Resort wrote in a release.
And the thrills are, well, incredible, just ask Team 12's Krystle Henderson.
Krystle got the chance to ride the new-look coaster Friday morning.
"Oh my goodness!" was her reaction once the brakes kicked in.
Pixar Pier will open during Pixar Fest, a special celebration at the Disneyland Resort that runs through Sept. 3.
